First off, FUCK that word in every sense of it.. It is a judgmental term used by people who cannot express themselves except for the self-anguish of others.. It's like calling an African-American the 'N' word. It's not right. Same with 'Goth.'

Yeah, I wear Black.. So what..? They've taken everything black of mine and burned it.. I have no freedom, no expression, no reason to live..

Self-injury is the only way I escape this.. this pain, this anguish, this sorrow, this anger.. It is escape..

In no way am I promoting self-injury..

I was always the kid that WANTED the shot.. The feeling of a needle piercing the skin.. It is so different..

And with the razor.. The rough, slow drag.. It sets of pain.. then you feel the sharp sting of the slice.. It's exhilarating. The endorphins kick in.. and it's beautiful.
